PT AMINDO WANA PERSADA is one of forest concession company which the concession is based on Ministrer of Forestry Decree No. 940/KPTS-VI/1999 dated October 14Th 1999. The concession area ± 43.680 Hectares is Located at Berau Regency, East Kalimantan Province , Indonesia
The company has obtained business permit for IUPHHK-HA approved by the Minister of Forestry which will be valid until October 14th, 2054. The company has also obtained the Sustainable Forest Management Certification PHPL based on the performance assessment of sustainable production forest management issued and endorsed by Minister of Forestry.

PT Amindo Wana Persada has various responsibilities towards all of its stakeholder including communities. The form of Corporate Social Responsibity (CSR) are :
1. Provide fuel diesel and lighting to several surrounding villages (Long Lamcin, Batu Rajang, Long Suluy).
2. Accommodate public shuttle transportation from the village to Berau twice a week.
3. Provide educational scholarship.
4. Donate for the construction of places of worship and schools.
5. Accommodate the village road repair.
6. Provide transportation for sick people or grieving.
7. Donate the celebration of religious days
8. Give the premi cubication of wood production.
PT Amindo Wana Persada also prioritizing the implementation of HSE standards :
1. Socialize the fire-care society “Masyarakat Peduli Api” (MPA).
2. Build a final disposal site “Tempat Pembuangan Akhir” (TPA).
3. Involve employees in K3 training.
4. Provide the B3 waste disposal.
5. Provide fire extinguishers to prevent forest fire at several hotspots.
6. Check the potential hotspot of fire
7. Build a watch tower.
9. Provide sign board for hunting restriction.
